What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operation Management, you will drive activities that increase the sale of products and support the field sales leader, working effectively in a team environment to drive productivity goals.

You will:

  • Support to develop an annual operational plan in aligned Go-to-market strategy and set quarterly sales target, phasing plan and key KPIs at central level

  • Assist in coaching sales team members to provide cohesive operation plan and carry out business initiatives

  • Obtain a deep understanding of market changes

  • Support the business management system for supported business, sales results and business management system status, identify operational risk and challenges and drive the realization of business management system with Sales lead and regional sales directors

  • Participate in defining mid-term strategy and support Strategic Planning for strategy development and execution

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, with top-class academics preferred.

  • Fluent in English, particular excellent writing skill.

  • Excellent on presenting skill and logical thinking.

  • Fast learner and good team player

  • Strong data sense, capability to use data analysis tool.


Desirable Requirements

  • Sales data analysis experience will be a plus
