What you’ll achieve
As an ODM Operations Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for chairing daily ODM operation meeting, to review ODM performance in all aspects including capacity plan, production schedule, material availability, delivery commitment, shipment target as well as manufacturing cycle time and productivity.
You will carry out strategic operations analysis to identify and implement opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of ODM operations.
You will:
- Support ODM operation management on strategic initiatives, and management meetings
- Drive ODM to execute to commitments (capacity/priority/lead time/productivity…), detect and solve excursions in time if any.
- Work closely with cross-functional operation teams, set unified operation goals for ODM and govern ODM execution during the process
- Align with global teams and ODM operation business intelligence, carry out strategic, initiate and improve ODM operation processes through innovations
- Deep dive to issues and implement closed-loop solutions and ad hoc programing projects related to ODM operations

Essential Requirements
- Graduate between 2023.6 and 2024.7, bachelor’s degree or above
- Relevant intern or work experience in manufacturing, planning, order management, customer care or supplier relationship management
- Fluency in English & Mandarin
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and capabilities
- Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and be willing to work in a result based, fast paced environment, with strong self-motivation
Desirable Requirements
- Strong PC industry knowledge
- Coding (C, C++, Python, R etc.) related experience would be a plus
Innovative thinker with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
