What you’ll achieve
As an eCommerce Ratings & Reviews Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and responding to customer-generated content across our digital platforms to uncover insights that drive product improvements, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize the online shopping experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and eCommerce teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of our responses and that our ratings and reviews strategy aligns with business goals and brand standards.

You will:

  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to user-generated content across our eCommerce platform.
  • Identify trends, sentiment, and key themes in customer feedback to inform product development, quality assurance, and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to respond to customer reviews and questions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for user-generated content.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve product pages, customer engagement, and conversion rates.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Fluency in Mandarin / English /Japanese, both written and spoken, with a strong grasp of grammar, tone, and brand voice


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital analytics, or customer insights, preferably in a consumer-facing industry.
  • Experience with text analytics, sentiment analysis, or natural language processing (NLP) tools is a plus.
  • Experience with review syndication platforms (e.g., Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews).
  • Knowledge of SEO and how user-generated content impacts search performance.                                                                                              
  • Passion for understanding customer behavior and improving digital experience.
