Global Buyer Planner

Working in an environment that’s as complex as it is critical, our Buyer team within Materials and Procurement manages a group of indirect categories, such as real estate, marketing material, supplies or software. We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.

What you’ll achieve
You will be responsible for planning, obtaining materials, components. You will plan and release purchase orders to secure materials and services on an "as needed" basis.
You will:
- Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
- Responsible for supply chain management for integrated assemblies.
- Maintains accuracy of procurement database, and material return to suppliers on a timely basis.
- Make sure continuity of supply to global manufacturing centers.
- Evaluate supplier's performance (price, on-time delivery, quality, lead-time), and prepare feedback. Develop and administer improvement programs.

Essential Requirements
- Purchasing experience in related industry
- Willing to work in a global environment, flexible working hour as deal with people in different time zone. Understand culture difference.
- Excellent English oral and writing skills, communication skills.
- Demonstrated innovative thinking.
