The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
Come and join us as a ThinOS Software Engineer Intern on our Client Engineering Team in Beijing, China.
You will:
- Implement and maintain best practices for Git repository management within the Chromium source code. Collaborate with development teams to optimize branching strategies and ensure a smooth workflow. Provide expertise in Git-related tools to enhance productivity and code collaboration.
- Design, implement, and maintain build systems for Electron applications integrating the Chromium project on Linux platforms, and automatically verification.
- Maintain / debug third-party dependencies and libraries required for building Electron applications with the Chromium project on Linux.

Essential Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Hands-on experience in developing using C/C++/Python/Shell
- Knowledge of Electron and Chromium development environments on Linux.
- Knowledge of Git and related tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for tool development and automation.
Desirable Requirements
- Familiarity with the Chromium source code and development processes.
- Proven experience in managing Git repositories for large-scale projects, preferably within the open-source communit
